A remote work advocate, this article discusses how technology has made it possible for individuals to work from anywhere and the benefits this can bring to both employees and employers. Remote work can allow individuals to take advantage of the lower living costs in rural areas while still earning competitive salaries and pursuing fulfilling careers. Additionally, employers can benefit from a larger pool of potential employees and reduced overhead costs. My intention is that it will provide hope for those living in rural areas who may have previously felt limited in their career prospects.
