As Director of Employer Brand, I project led the nine-part #RemoteLife documentary series that captured the narrative of TaxJar’s remote team (later acquired by Stripe). This project resulted in a substantial rise in the number of high-quality candidates entering the recruitment process. It also successfully increased the brand’s visibility and reputation, generating positive feedback from both customers and partners.
