It is crucial for all companies to keep learning and growing in order to succeed. Releasing a diversity report should not be a one-time event. Ongoing conversations about inclusion in the workplace and ensuring that companies follow through on their commitments is necessary. In this second report for TaxJar, which was published before the Stripe acquisition, I pointed out areas for improvement and areas where the company fell short. The report also includes action steps to keep the company accountable and an invitation to continue the dialogue with the reader.
